Access to the Service requires authentication via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account access or use another person's account without authorization.

You retain ownership of all itinerary text, trip data, and other content you provide to the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your User Content for the purpose of extracting structured travel data and generating recommendations. We do not sell, share, or redistribute your User Content.

5. AI-Generated Content

Recommendations, event listings, and travel suggestions provided by the Service are generated using artificial intelligence and real-time search. This content is provided for informational purposes only. You should verify event details, times, locations, and availability with official sources before making plans. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of tripbot.tours. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for missed events, incorrect times, canceled activities, travel disruptions, or any losses arising from reliance on information provided by the Service. Use the Service at your own discretion.
